White Oak Hill Road - On December 16, 2025, an employee sustained serious injuries when struck by a vehicle in a work zone while providing flagging services for tree clearing operations, as the operator of the vehicle was blinded by solar glare. The hazard was identified by employees prior to the event and work was permitted to continue despite the known risk.
