29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice; On or about 11 November 2025, the employer failed to protect employees from trip and fall hazards while employees traversed an outside walkway located at 4400 Planned Industrial Drive in Saint Louis, Missouri. An employee caught his right foot on an object protruding into a designated walkway when leaving the facility and fell to the ground.
