29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  (a) On or about December 15, 2025, and times prior, on platform merge table; employee(s) were conducting preventative maintenance, and clearing jams without an adequate guardrail system in place around the perimeter of the walking working surface back insulated panel wall with an unprotected edge between lines 2 and 3.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation(using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
