29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a. On or about December 17, 2025, at the storage room area. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from potential injuries from fire or other emergencies when a designated emergency exit double door was locked with two locks as well as a grid type iron gate with one lock. There were merchandise cardboard boxes stored across from the exit door. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
