29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a. On or about December 17, 2025, at the storage room area. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from potential injuries from fire or other emergencies when a designated emergency exit double door was locked with two locks as well as a grid type iron gate with one lock. There were merchandise cardboard boxes stored across from the exit door.   NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about December 17,  2025, at the storage room area, five electrical service panels were not readily accessible, the panels were obstructed with merchandise cardboard boxes, plastic bins and a waste basket.   NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
