29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:  a.  On or about December 17, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing carpentry operations was climbing the guardrails of the Genie Z-Boom articulating aerial lift basket,  while the basket was elevated approximately twelve (12) feet above ground, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.  On or about December 17, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry framing operations, approximately twelve (12) feet above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
