1910.22(d)(2)  Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again.  If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired;   On or about December 18, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a  wooden pallet resting on the forks of the DOOSAN 20 PLUS model 18-125T-13, serial number BGC1817. The unsecured pallet was not designed for lifting personnel and lacked fall protection (guardrails or a personal fall arrest system). The platform did not indicate the maximum work load including personnel and equipment, the weight of the empty platform, or the minimum capacity of the truck on which the platform could be used in accordance with ANSI B56.1-2012, American National Standard for Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks, Sections 4.17.2, 4.17.3 and 7.37 exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately four feet or more.
