29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about December 16, 2025, on the site of a new residential structure located at 544 Warren Lane, Key Biscayne, Florida, the employer did not implement and maintain a program to provide frequent and regular inspections of the site to ensure scaffolding was improperly erected and utilized by sub-contractors or to address energized overhead powerlines that ran parallel to the structure, directly over and within 10 feet of the erected scaffold where the sub-contractor needed to perform stucco work.
