(a) In the Cathode Coating - Slurry Tanks area, on or about December 18, 2025 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not enforce the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (chemical resistant coveralls) that would reduce the risk of bodily exposure to skin irritant chemicals during slurry tank cleaning tasks.
