Condition observed on or about 12/18/25.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)   a- 170, 172 & 174 Leona Stewart Lane, Pennington NJ: Company workers were exposd to fall hazards when walking and working at and near unprotected edges and from the top plates of wall frames while not using fall protection.  These workers  had not received training regarding the identification, elimination, etc. of fall hazards by a competent person.  Condition observed on or about 12/18/25.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
