29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Roof: On or about December 17, 2025 the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that employees did not use fall protection to perform roofing work on a residential house, with up to a 24' fall to ground distance. Navarro Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1731476, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 309 Split Branch Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
