29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) On or about December 18, 2025, at 1731 Cogswell Street Rockledge Florida, 2955, employees were exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard while installing Perling bearing Rib Panel (PBR) on a 1:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  b)  On or about December 18, 2025, at 1731 Cogswell Street Rockledge Florida, 2955, employees were exposed to a 16 foot fall hazard while installing Perling Bearing Rib Panel (PBR) on a 1:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  Waypoint Roofing & Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1808979, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 889 Indian Harbor Drive, Cocoa FL32935.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  (a)  On or about December 18, 2025, at 1731 Cogswell Street Rockledge Florida, 2955, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities around skylights without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 30 feet to the concrete below.
