On or about January 27, 2025,  located within the construction of the Paragon Ranch condominium's the employer failed to ensure that regular and frequent inspections were completed by a competent person in that the employer failed to recognize the hazardous condition of employees being exposed to a 11'6.5" fall hazard with no fall protection system.  Employees were exposed to this hazards while unloading material from  an all-terrain forklift as the employee stood on a second level balcony.
