29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Valley Famers Supply, Fertilizer Plant, Conveyor Pit Electrical Area: On or about December 15, 2025 and at times prior employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working in and around the rusted through cable tray located on the West wall. b) Valley Famers Supply, Fertilizer Plant, Conveyor Pit Electrical Area: On or about December 15, 2025 and at times prior employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working in and around the rusted through electrical breaker box on the West wall. c) Valley Famers Supply, Fertilizer Plant, Conveyor Pit Electrical Area: On or about December 15, 2025 and at times prior employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working in and around the rusted through electrical contactor/starter box on the West wall. d) Valley Famers Supply, Fertilizer Plant, Conveyor Pit Electrical Area: On or about December 15, 2025 and at times prior employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working in and around the exposed electrical contactor/starter box on the West wall that contained rusted connections and damaged wiring. e) Valley Famers Supply, Fertilizer Plant, Conveyor Pit Electrical Area: On or about December 15, 2025 and at times prior employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while utilizing a 120 volt electrical receptacle that was damaged.
