Opelika AL. 36804 : On or about December 16, 2025; employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from falls over 6 feet. Adulfo Garcia Gomez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1618270, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at1836 Cobble Hill Ct. Camden Ridge Auburn, AL. 36830.
