29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) New single-family residential construction located at 2764 Anchor Av., lot #209, Gainesville, GA 30501/Back Porch portico: On or about 12/12/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that protective eyewear was provided to employees engaged in framing activities while operating pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New single-family residential construction located at 2764 Anchor Av., on lot #209, Gainesville, GA 30501/Back Porch portico: On or about 12/12/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15-feet, 2-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in framing activities.
