29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  (a) Back Storage Room: On December 19, 2025 and times prior, employees were exposed to electrical equipment that was not free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or physical harm. Multiple pieces of electrical equipment were directly affected by a roof leak during rain or snow conditions.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.  (a) Back Storage Room: On December 19, 2025 and times prior, employees were required to use walking-working surfaces that were not maintained due to a roof leak, exposing employees to slips, trips and falls during rain storms.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
