Multiple pieces of electrical equipment were directly affected by a roof leak during rain or snow conditions. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. (a) Back Storage Room: On December 19, 2025 and times prior, employees were required to use walking-working surfaces that were not maintained due to a roof leak, exposing employees to slips, trips and falls during rain storms. No abatement certification or documentation required.
