29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(viii)(A): Whenever a truck was equipped with vertical only, or vertical and horizontal controls elevatable with the lifting carriage or forks for lifting personnel, a safety platform firmly secured to the lifting carriage and/or forks was not used: a. Employees were not working within a safety platform however were within a custom-made basket / platform to raise personnel which did not have a guardrail system was used without fall protection.
