29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): Employees in an aerial lift did not wear a body belt and/or attach a lanyard to the boom or basket. a) Commercial office building located at 3886 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA 30024, Altec Aerial lift: On or about 12-22-2025, Employees installing a business sign from an Altec aerial lift were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet 4 inches, in that required fall protection/fall arrest was not used while positioned inside the lift basket.
