29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line. a. 13657 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL; On or about December 22, 2025, employees were working with a digger derrick crane within 20 feet of the energized power lines, and the employer did not implement any of the three options for preventing arcing or contact with power lines, exposing the employees to a 20 kilovolt electrical shock hazard.
