29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Laundry/Housekeeping Area: On December 19, 2025, and prior to; employees handle, mix, and apply industrial cleaning chemicals to include but are not limited to NABC Concentrate Non-Acid Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner (CAS No 7732-18-5/68424-85-1/68439-46-3/67-63-0), and Spartan Chemical Company, Damp Mop Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner (CAS No 7732-18-5/68424-85-1/68439-46-3/67-63-0) which are corrosives, and can cause serious eye damage (Category 1) and skin irritation (Category 2). b) Maintenance Areas: On December 19, 2025, and prior to; employees do not have adequate facilities to flush their eyes during the handling of corrosive pool chemicals to include Muriatic acid, pH less than 1.0, and the handling and application of paints, bleach, caulks, adhesives, and aerosols for repair and maintenance projects. Note* Abatement certification is required for this item.
