29 CFR  1910.157(b)(2): An emergency action plan meeting the requirements of 1910.38, which designated certain employees to be the only employees authorized to use the available portable fire extinguishers and which required all other employees in the fire area to immediately evacuate the affected work area upon the sounding of the fire alarm, was not developed and implemented:  a) 905 Tower Rd. Bristol, PA - On or about December 23, 2025, and times prior, the employer failed to ensure that an emergency action plan was developed and implemented meeting the requirements of 1910.38. The emergency action plan did not include evacuation procedures for other types of emergencies, such as natural gas leaks.
