Employees conducting water utility construction were exposed to cave-in hazards while working in an unprotected trench and without a safe means of access or egress.   Tab Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614850, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located Near 2340 Faculty Dr, USAF Academy, CO 80840.
