29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about December 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations utilizing a JCB Telehandler (Model #509.42F, Serial #JCB5CF7GJP3269781) were protected from fall hazards of approximately 15 feet by conventional fall protection (e.g.: lanyard with harness, anchor points, etc.) or other safety devices. Employees were standing on a platform attached to the telehandler placing framing on a new construction build.
