29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a.  At a temporary worksite, located at Timber Pines Rd 5700 Lot 24 Jacksonville, FL, on the east side of the 6:12 pitch roof:  On or about December 30, 2025, the employer was exposing an employee to a 22-foot fall hazard, in that the employee was not tied off when installing roofing underlayment material.  b.  At a temporary worksite, located at Timber Pines Rd 5700 Lot 24 Jacksonville, FL, on the front of the west side of  the 6:12 pitch roof:  On or about December 30, 2025, the employer was exposing an employee to a 12-foot fall hazard, in that the employee was not tied off when installing roofing underlayment material.  c.  At a temporary worksite, located at Timber Pines Rd 5700 Lot 24 Jacksonville, FL, on the back of the west side of  the 6:12 pitch roof:  On or about December 30, 2025, the employer was exposing an employee to a 12-foot fall hazard, in that the employee was not tied off when installing roofing underlayment material.
