29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.   a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #4 at 2532 Parkside Way Gainesville, GA 30507, Roof and ground level: On or about 12/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns in that protective eyewear was not provided while installing siding material.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #4 at 2532 Parkside Way Gainesville, GA 30507, Roof and ground level: On or about 12/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in siding installation activities.
