29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501   a) On or about November 20, 2025, at the Via Bonita site: an employee was exposed to an approximate 17-foot fall hazard while attempting to remove a chalk line attached to a truss board that extended outward from the building structure, in that fall protection was not used.  b) On or about November 20, 2025, at the east side of the Via Bonita site: an employee was exposed to an approximate 9-foot fall hazard while conducting framing activities near the unguarded wall opening, in that fall protection was not used.
