29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the residential construction site located at 4510 Northeast 86th Terrace in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to eye injury hazards. Employees were observed performing framing activities using pneumatic nail guns without wearing required eye protection. The use of pneumatic nail guns exposed employees to flying debris and fasteners capable of causing eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the residential construction site located at 4510 Northeast 86th Terrace in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were observed performing two-story residential framing work along unprotected sides and edges without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
