29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: (a) Drill press in Oceanographic ward room: On or about December 30, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees performing metal fabrication and maintenance activities were exposed to entanglement and flying object hazards, in that the Clausing Atlas 1800 series drill press was not equipped with a guard.
