29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a new multi-family worksite located at 8440 N Granby Ave, Bld 3, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties using hammers, pneumatic nail guns, portable saws, and other various small hand tools were not wearing or using any eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting shrapnel and/or debris in their eyes from ricochets and other various hazards using the tools. This was documented on or about 12/9/2025.

29 CFR  1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats.   At a new multi-family worksite located at 8440 N Granby Ave, Bld 3, KC MO -- Employees were exposed to struck by hazards, in which the employer allowed the employees to work without the proper head protection in areas where work was performed above them and there were tools, equipment, and materials that could fall on the employees working below.  JC Imperial Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756698, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 NE Coronado Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri.  JC Imperial Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753648, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 831 NE Algonquin Street, Lee's Summit MO.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  At a new multi-family worksite located at 8440 N Granby Ave Bld 3, KC MO -- Employees were exposed to fall hazards when the employer allowed the employees to work from a scaffold platform that was supported by a front-end loader that was hand-made and not from the manufacturer of the front loader.  JC Imperial Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753648, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 831 NE Algonquin Street, Lee's Summit MO.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a new multi-family worksite located at 8440 N Granby Ave, Bld 3, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not using any personal fall protection while laying plywood sheeting. This exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet above ground level. This was documented on or about 12/9/2025.  JC Imperial Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666633, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/29/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 29 South Aurora St. in Olathe, KS.  JC Imperial Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756698, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/9/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 NE Coronado Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri.
