29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Aisle 1, AWS TRIM-400: On or about 01/07/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure that materials stored on racks were stacked properly and secured when a palette of product was hanging over 4.5 inches over the rack edge making it susceptible to sliding. b) Aisle 1, 396 TBS: On or about 01/07/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure that materials stored on racks were stacked properly and secured when a palette of product was hanging over 7.0 inches over the rack edge making it susceptible to sliding. c) Aisle 3, Hurricane 1H Green: On or about 01/07/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards the employer failed to ensure that materials stored on racks were stacked properly and secured when a palette of product was hanging over 9.2 inches over the rack edge making it susceptible to sliding. d) Aisle 3, Shadow 1H Blue : On or about 01/07/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure that materials stored on racks were stacked properly and secured when a palette of product was hanging over 10.0 inches over the rack edge making it susceptible to sliding.
