29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(8)(i): Within fifteen working days after the receipt of exposure monitoring results, each employee was not notified in writing or by posting the results in an appropriate location of the results which represented that employee's exposure to lead. Location: Offset Loading Area On or about 1/5/2026, employees were not provided results of lead exposure monitoring including but limited too, air sampling and wipe sampling, within 15 working days of the received sampling results.
