A) 41 Distribution Blvd, Edison NJ 08817 At dock door #3, the employer did not provide or ensure a safe means of access and egress for employees working inside the dumpster. As a result, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while climbing out of the dumpster to reach the parking lot. On or about January 5, 2026.
