29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a)  10899 Tundra Top Dr., Parker, CO 80134:  On or about January 2, 2026, the exposing employer, Noel Construction Inc, did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 13 feet while engaged in residential sheathing operations.  Employees installing sheathing panels while working near the edge of the second story floor platform structure were not utilizing a fall protection system to prevent falls from the platform to the next lower ground level.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.  b)  10899 Tundra Top Dr., Parker, CO 80134:  On or about January 2, 2026, the exposing employer, Noel Construction Inc, did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while engaged in residential framing operations on the ground-level floor in a residential home.  Employees were performing framing operations on the first floor interior of the home without utilizing a fall protection system to prevent falls through wall openings to the lower basement level.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.  Noel Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1840219, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on December 8, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1151 Amplify Circle, Lone Tree, CO 80124.
