29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a new multi-family residential worksite located at 8440 N Granby Ave, KANSAS CITY, MO 64154 -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pneumatic nail guns and other various small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to eye injuries from shrapnel and other materials/debris. This was documented on or about 1/6/2026. All Repairs LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1830900, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 7408 Village Drive, Prairie Village, KS.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new multi-family residential worksite located at 8440 N Granby Ave, KANSAS CITY, MO 64154 -- employees engaged in roofing duties were 1) not wearing/using any fall protection and/or 2) not using the personal fall protection correctly. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 1/6/2026. All Repairs LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1830900, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 7408 Village Drive, Prairie Village, Kansas.
