At the workplace, located at 307 McKean St, Auburndale, FL 33823; On or about January 7, 2026, the employer exposed employees to amputation and caught in-between hazards, in that the Jet Horizontal band saw, STOCK NO 414468, was not adequately guarded while employees operated the machine. b). At the workplace, located at 307 McKean St, Auburndale, FL 33823; On or about January 7, 2026, the employer exposed employees to amputation and caught in-between hazards, in that the Johnson Model J, Serial No.12899 band saw, was not adequately guarded while employees operated the machine. c). At the workplace, located at 307 McKean St, Auburndale, FL 33823; On or about January 7, 2026, the employer exposed employees to amputation and caught in-between hazards, in that the Scotchman Hydraulic Ironworker , was not adequately guarded while employees operated the machine. d).
