29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) At a new commercial construction site located at 5922 Cumming Hwy., Sugar Hill, GA 30518, on or about January 8, 2026, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet, 10 inches from a 10/12 pitched roof. The employer permitted employees to use rock climber-style waist harnesses instead of full-body harnesses, failing to ensure proper fall protection was used.
