29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) On or about January 8, 2026, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to eye injury hazards while using a nail gun during framing activities and safety glasses were not used. b) On or about January 8, 2026, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to eye injury hazards while using a DeWalt DWE575 Circular Saw during framing activities and safety glasses were not used.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On or about January 8, 2026, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, while framing on a 2:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  MVC Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1818403, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 07-09-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 734 Hutton Lane SE, Palm Bay, FL 32905.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On or about January 8, 2026, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to fall hazards when accessing a 10 foot high roof using a ladder that was extended approximately 8" inches passed the roof landing.    MVC Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1818403, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 07-09-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 734 Hutton Lane SE, Palm Bay, FL 32905.
