29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a. At a temporary worksite named De Moya Project, Segment 1 off St. Johns Parkway, Saint Johns, Florida: On or about January 08, 2026, in the 8-feet deep trench, the employer exposed employees to a soil cave-in and engulfment hazard in that the employees were not protected by a protective system while measuring elevations for laying piping.
