29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 530 Hopewell Road, Marlton NJ: A worker and the company owner's son were exposed to fall hazards, ranging from approximately 12 foot 6 inches to approximately 24 feet 8 inches, when accepting bundles of roof shingles and when walking on and across a residential structure's pitched roofs while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/08/26.
