29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee was exposed to a fall hazard, the employer must provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: Site: On or about December 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the employee who might be exposed to fall hazards (performing maintenance tasks on the roof) received training to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to minimize those hazards.
