29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. Location - 147 Turner Road, Holliston, MA. On or about January 12, 2026, an employee was not wearing head protection (hard hat) when he entered a work area. Employee was immediately struck on the head by a falling ladder. Employee was life flighted to a hospital.
