29 CFR  1910.37(e): Employer did not install and maintain an operable employee alarm system that had a distinctive signal to warn employees of fire or other emergencies when a fire could not be promptly seen or smelled in time to provide adequate warning:   a) Montana Timberline Firewood: On or about December 30th, 2025 and at times prior, when employees were allowed access to park living units inside the facility, the employer did not have a functional automatic alarm. Employer's allowance of an employee's living unit parked inside the working area hindered employee's ability to detect fire despite there being a manual fire alarm process in place.
