OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while operating electric automotive service lifts: a. On or about January 14, 2026, at the above-mentioned workplace, employees were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards while performing service and/or maintenance, under and around elevated automotive service lifts due to the employer not ensuring that periodic and annual inspections were conducted by a qualified inspector at least annually to ensure that the automotive service lifts were properly used, maintained, and functioning.
