In the main production area, located at 260 Thomas Industrial Way, St. Augustine, FL: On or about January 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to an ingoing nip point hazard, in that the sensors on the (8) head TMAR-K-15086 embroidery machine was disabled. b. In the main production area, located at 260 Thomas Industrial Way, St. Augustine, FL: On or about January 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to an ingoing nip point hazard, in that the sensors on the (8) head TMAR-K-15080 embroidery machine was disabled. c. In the main production area, located at 260 Thomas Industrial Way, St. Augustine, FL: On or about January 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to an ingoing nip point hazard, in that the sensors on the (6) head TMAR-K-1506C embroidery machine was disabled.
