At 213 SW Commerce Drive, Lake City:   On or about January13, 2026 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program that addressed the worksite-specific procedures such as, but not limited to:  medical evaluations, fit testing, and training on the use, maintenance and care of the respirator was not provided to employees, as employees wore respirators during sanding and painting duties.
