29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not make medical surveillance available for all employees who were or could be occupationally exposed to chromium (VI) at or above the action level for 30 or more days a year: a) At the facility, on or about March 18, 2026 - Medical surveillance for all employees with who were or could be occupationally exposed to chromium (VI) at or above the action level for 30 or more days a year. An employee, designated as a Crane Operator, was exposed to chromium (VI) at a level of 4.06 ug/m3. This is approximately approximately 1.62 times the action level of 2.5 ug/m. An employee was sampled on March 18, 2026 for 342 minutes and zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled portion of the shift.
