29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) Worksite was located at 32 Summerhill Avenue, Jackson, NJ 08527  Six workers reroofing a two-story single-family residence were exposed to fall hazards of approximately  twenty two feet to ground  as they were working without utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about January 13, 2026.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.  Noyola Construction Roofing & Siding LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1743860, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/23/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Riverfront Blvd, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407.  Noyola Construction Roofing & Siding LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1633313, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/16/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 116 13th Avenue, Belmar, NJ 07719.
