The employer failed to record the injury on an OSHA 301 or equivalent within seven (7) calendar days of being notified that an injury occurred. b. Gotion Illinois New Energy, Inc. - On or about December 9, 2025, a recordable injury occurred when an employee sustained a finger laceration. The employer failed to record the injury on an OSHA 301 or equivalent within seven (7) calendar days of being notified that an injury occurred.
