29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) New single-family residential construction located on lot #33 at 4707 Wilderness Trail Braselton, GA 30517, Front portico: On or about 01/13/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in framing activities.  b) New single-family residential construction located on lot #33 at 4707 Wilderness Trail Braselton, GA 30517, Roof: On or about 01/13/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18-feet 6-inches, to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in framing activities.
