Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. A) 25 Woods End Road, Hartsdale - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 -feet while working on a roof without the use of a personal fall arrest, or other fall protection systems, on or about, December 10th, 2025. Ribeiro's Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797482, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14th, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 75 Orchard Avenue in Rye, NY.
